- current ET does not reflect  performance potential
- bike pulls the front end up due to too short gearing

Record Run - Shaft Drive VMAX

9.747 @ 147.92 mph

  Darrell ran at Esta Park Dragway on October 3rd, 2004 and put down a record run.. This is done with a 1.79 sec 60 foot time which is a slow take off.  This is a 510 lb. bike with rider and gear adding another 290 lbs.   An impressive performance.

The Challenge:

  PCW challenges all VMAX fans to submit a better top speed or ET for a shaft drive VMAX.  Send timing slip and photo of bike and have your bike written up here.

  For 2005, this bike will be converted to Chain Drive, and be extensively re-worked.  Check this web site for modifications and specifications of this project.
